Rawlings publishes vicious lies about OUR on his social media, claiming they are “criminals” and “fraudsters” because they claim to have granted money to the Utah Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force, but did not

OUR and the Utah Attorney Generals offices (who runs the ICAC), proved Troy lied by providing documents that show OUR had granted almost 1 million dollars to the Utah ICAC.

The AG informs Troy that he HIMSELF took $67,000 of the OUR grant money, via the AGs office

Troy doubles down on his lies and confirms the lie to Fox 13 News and Vice. Multiple national news networks repeat the lie.

Too embarrassed to admit how wrong he was, Troys narcissistic pride takes over and he refuses to retract his lies, and instead launches into a witch hunt. Never able to articulate any crime or theory of a crime, Troy begins speeding outrageous lies about OUR and the Ballard family, going so far as the threaten to arrest Katherine Ballard on claims that he possess an e-mail Katherine sent to witness tamper. (Troy later admits he never had the emails)

The DOJ, the Utah Attorney General Office and OUR legal council all provide overwhelming evidence to Troy that OUR and Tim Ballard are clean. But Troy can’t decline, as this would require him to admit he was wrong form day one and the public would find out. His fragile pride can’t handle doing the right thing.

Out of total desperation to justify his witch hunt and find ANY dirt he can, Troy does the unthinkable to the public and to law enforcement to the public and to law enforcement. See the attached Criminal Letter attachment to see exactly what O.U.R. sent to the AGs office and the Utah Bar.

Confronted with the prospect of being exposed by a court of law, Troy finally issues a declination. In conjunction with offering the declination, Troy asks OUR to request a court to seal and hide all of his misdeeds. OUR refuses.

OUR writes a criminal complaint and sends it to the AGs office as well as the Utah Bar and others. OUR adds up Troys damages, which includes hundreds or thousands of trafficked children not getting help, as Troys smear campaign based in lies, has devastated rescue efforts.
